BREADED CHOPLET
Good for 6-8 persons3/4 kilo choplets, drained, sliced
2 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon kinchay, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
vegatble oil
salt to taste
tomatoes or catsup
- Mix eggs, kinchay, garlic powder, and salt.
- Dip choplets into the mixture.
- Fry in oil.
- Serve with tomatoes or catsup.
